Under the umbrella of Imarate Shariyah Hind, Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, the network of religious arbitration council (Mahkama-e-Shariah) has been established all over the country. This arbitration councils have been successful in resolving family disputes relating to NIkah, Talaq, Khula etc. in the light of Qur’an & Sunnah. Every effort is made to amicably resolve disputes so as to Muslim families are protected from futile and wasteful litigation.
